Baxter Raises Quarterly Dividend

Baxter International Inc. (NYSE:BAX) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a 23 percent increase in the company’s quarterly dividend rate, from the previous rate of $0.13 per Baxter common share to $0.16 per share. The dividend is payable on July 3, 2017 to stockholders of record as of June 2, 2017.
